How TripleDot began...
Around a fire, the smell of wood burning, laughter and a group of different types of people coming together. The setting for so many of our best friendships , relationships and memories.
2 people in a group of strangers meeting for the first time, connecting and starting with a conversation. Like most, it was one we had no idea would become more then just chit chat ,this was the setting that would ignite the connection between 2 people who had the same vision and passion for business.
And so TripleDot was born.
Our Approach
1. Don't use a one-size-fits-all approach.
You want your customers to feel important, and you can achieve this by approaching each one as an individual rather than just another customer. Grouping all your consumers together will only express authenticity.
2. Keep it personal, not transactional.
Rather than being aggressive when selling, try to be more consultative and conversational so clients understand your intentions are pure.
3. Focus on face-to-face interactions.
It’s common to experience miscommunications when using technology as a main source of contact. While emails and telephone calls are convenient, nothing
beats face-to-face contact.
4. Show your appreciation.
Just as you would with supportive friends and family, make sure your customers know you recognize their importance

Why TripleDot
1. Sell your story:
The best branding campaigns are rooted in great storytelling.
2. Remove barriers to action:
Make it easier for people to do what you
want them to do. Show them how your simple processes make follow-through easy, so they can connect to your end goal — your mission
— without struggling along the way.
3. Play to your strengths:
What is the one thing that sells your company or services and differentiates you from your competitors? Leverage your talent and focus only on what you do best. Keep rerouting your audience back to your main value add.
4. To feel connected:
To feel connected to the people, ideas, and ideals that we care about,
and which nurture us.
5. Don’t ask what people can do for your brand:
Instead, ask about how you can help them. By establishing relationships based on trust, you increase the odds that your good nature will come back to benefit you.
6. Be good for goodness’ sake:
Don’t get so tied up in your business goals that you forget about the real people around you. Reserve time and dedicate resources to creating positive change, whether that’s for your local community, the whole world, or just one person.
What have we forgotten?
THE ESSENCE OF CREATING A PERSONAL CONNECTION BETWEEN BRAND AND CLIENT
The facts of successful brand connection
People of all generations remember experiences. It’s the way it made them feel, the way certain things associated with it takes them back to each of the senses they experienced. From the people around them to the sounds and smells
Perfect moments both felt , captured and retold come from an experience. Every moment is an experience that means the most when shared with people.
Moment lasts all of a second, but the memory lives on forever..
